Rudolf Klepač, Stanko Selak, Josip Nochta, Prerad Detiček and Theo Tabaka are just some of the wind instrument teachers that have contributed to the high level of work in the Department, and have trained new generations of musicians.

ABOUT THE STUDY PROGRAMME

During their integrated university studies at the Department, students acquire and master the skill of playing an instrument, which is the principal subject of study, and gain knowledge in skills related to their chosen area of study.

The theoretical subjects such as Solfeggio, Harmony, Musical Forms and Styles, History of Music, and others, and practical disciplines, Chamber Music, Study of Orchestral Parts, Orchestra, Related Instruments, provide the foundations for a broad and thorough study programme.
